DIY Cake Toppers

You can dress up a simple cake with these DIY cake toppers. I have posted few cake toppers that I made. I will keep updating this post.

Fondant cake topper:

This is a fondant teddy bear I made. I used scissors to made small cuts all around the teddy bear to make the teddy bear look fuzzy.

Cake bunting:

I used two skewers ( adjust height as required), twine and construction paper. Cut construction paper in the shape of diamonds and fold them into half. Use glue to make the diamond stay closed. These flags look very pretty on the cake.

Floating Hearts cake topper:

I used a skewer, picture hanging wire and pink foam sheets to make the hearts. i used a red permanent marker to color the hearts red. Hot glued the hearts to the wire.
