- Seedless watermelon pieces- 4 cups
- Lemon juice – 4 tsps
- Ginger pieces – 1//2 tsp
- Sugar – optional,if the melon is not sweet
- Blend the watermelon,lemon juice and ginger together.
- Strain it using a fine mesh strainer.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
